- Site assessments (percolation tests) are required for planning permission for houses and in many cases
for extensions. - With new regulations regarding septic tanks much of our recent work has been with problem septic tanks and upgrading systems.

Soakaways have been the traditional way to dispose of stormwater from buildings and paved areas remote from a public sewer or watercourse.
Infiltration tests provide soil infiltration rates so soakaways can be properly sized and designed. We have vast experience carrying out infiltration testing for commercial sites throughout Ireland.
